She attended the Spa, Hospitality and Wellness Program, at the University of Irvine, California, and has completed her hospitality etiquette program from the Institute of Gloria Starr.

Besides the inventive aspect of her role, she fortifies the organization with discipline and operational guidance. Spa menu engineering, the tutelage of finesse to her team, brand development, marketing, training her team are prolific attributes in yielding noteworthy successes both financially, and as a reputable spa consultant along with the growth of the brands of SVA Spas and Laya Spas.

MoraDerm an unparalleled skincare line, developed in Canada by a team of professionals, complements the experience of every guest. MoraDerm Body products specifically designed to enhance Signature treatments, are exclusively used at SVA and Laya Spas and are much sought after products.

Ms Morar is affiliated with Spa Finder (NY) and represents India as the Mentor at the Global Spa and Wellness Education and Mentorship program. She has also conducted workshops at FICCI (Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and coached students with creative guidelines of management and brand attributes, as a guest speaker at some universities and colleges.

Ms Morar has represented India in the Global Spa and Wellness industry as a mentor in the Global Mentorship Pilot Program launched in 2015 and will continue in 2016.
